Aspirin Dosing in Cardiovascular Disease

Aspirin is recommended in established atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease to lower the risk of adverse health outcomes. Yet findings from observational studies and post hoc analyses of trial data are discordant regarding the preferred dosage, and there are open questions about side effects.
