Refund Policy

Payments for consultations are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled or the review process has begun.

If a consultation must be canceled or rescheduled, requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the service provider.
